Order Processing and Shipping Policy

All orders are transmitted for processing immediately upon successful completion of checkout and payment authorization. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that order fulfillment procedures begin promptly and may not be subject to modification once processing has commenced.

Orders typically require approximately two (2) business days for internal processing prior to shipment. Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, inventory allocation, and preparation for dispatch. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because we distribute products from multiple manufacturers and suppliers, all shipments are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s fulfillment and shipping policies. Shipping methods, carrier selection, and transit timelines may vary depending on product availability and manufacturer location.

For products identified as “in stock,” standard shipping transit times are generally estimated at three (3) to five (5) business days after the order has been processed and released for shipment. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and/or manufacturer and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays. Delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may extend processing or delivery timelines. We shall not be liable for such delays.
